Albion Driveshaft

This is a driveshaft that drives the front wheel on a Rokon motorcycle with an Albion 3 speed transmission. This will also fit Auto bikes that do not have a transmission. This shaft is keyed for the override clutch. It is drilled to fit the original "unlocked" override clutch and it has a second hole to fit the "locked" override clutch that I sell in my store. It will not fit a factory "locked" upgrade override clutch without modifications. It is supplied with 3 new pins and 2 #606 Woodruff keys. I can also supply custom length shafts for Honda conversions.

Honda Conversion Driveshaft

This is a new 20 9/16 inch long extended driveshaft that drives the front wheel on a Rokon motorcycle.  This is 4 inches longer than stock. These were made for conversions using Honda engines with HI/LO gearboxes. It has the keyway for the U-joint machined and the hole for the center support bearing drilled. It is NOT drilled for the override clutch. It is supplied with 3 new pins and a #606 Woodruff key. The purchaser will have to drill the holes using an OR clutch as a guide. They can also be easily shortened with a hacksaw.

Lifan/Jianshe Conversion Driveshaft

This is a 19 1/4 inch long extended driveshaft that drives the front wheel on a Rokon motorcycle.  This is 2 5/8 inches longer than stock. These were made for conversions using Lifan/Jianshe engines. It has the keyway for the U-joint machined and the hole for the center support bearing drilled. It is NOT drilled for the override clutch. It is suplied with 3 new pins and a #606 Woodruff key. 19 1/4 seemed to be the most popular length, so I made a couple. The purchaser will have to drill the holes using an OR clutch as a guide. They can also be easily shortened with a hacksaw.

Locked & Keyed Clutch (without spring)

This is a "locked & keyed" driveline overrunning clutch for a Rokon 2 wheel drive motorcycle. It has roll pin holes for both the older style "unlocked" drivelines and the current production bikes. It is a direct fit on a newer bike. You will have to shorten the miter box shaft for an older bike. The front shaft may also need to be shortened. It comes with 2 snap rings and 4 3/16" diameter roll pins. The holes for the older bikes are underneath the spring when the unit is installed like they were originally. Neverseize should be used when installing the spring.

Locked & Keyed Override Clutch

This is a "locked & keyed" driveline overrunning clutch for a Rokon 2 wheel drive motorcycle. It has roll pin holes for both the older style "unlocked" drivelines and the current production bikes. It is a direct fit on a newer bike. You will have to shorten the miter box shaft on an older bike. The front shaft may also need to be shortened slightly. It comes with 2 snap rings and 4 3/16" diameter roll pins. The holes for the older bikes are underneath the spring when the unit is installed like they were originally. Neverseize or axle grease should be used when installing the spring.

Make sure your miter box is square with the frame when you reinstall it. Many times the right side tab is bent back. This misalignment may damage the miter box and the overrunning clutch.
