KINGPINS 

	Kingpin Bolts Item Nbr. A1115 This is a pair of CNC machined steering kingpin bolts for 2 wheel drive Rokon motorcycles. They are made out of pre heat treated SAE 4140 steel to a hardness of Rc 35. They have grease fittings installed. They are long enough to use all of the thread in the mounting holes. It is a good idea to chase the threads in the mounting holes before installing these bolts. 2 Bost Bronze sintered bushings with the correct thickness flanges are included. Later (81 and up) kingpin bikes do not have the kingpin thread drilled all the way thru. These bolts will be too long for these bikes. You will have to drill thru and tap the frame to install these bolts. I am not exactly sure what year Rokon stoppped drilling the holes thru, so it is a good idea to check your frame before purchasing these extended bolts.	$35.00
	Needle Bearing Kingpin Bolts Item Nbr. A1117 This is a pair of CNC machined steering kingpin bolts for 2 wheel drive Rokon motorcycles. They are made out of pre heat treated SAE 4140 steel to a hardness of Rc 35. They have grease fittings installed. They are long enough to use all of the thread in the mounting holes. It is a good idea to chase the threads in the mounting holes before installing these bolts. They are supplied with 2 radial needle bearings and one needle thrust bearing. No modifications are required to install these kingpins and bearings for bikes made before 1981.  Later (81 and up) kingpin bikes do not have the kingpin thread drilled all the way thru. These bolts will be too long for these bikes. 	SAE 660 Bronze Kingpin Bushings Item Nbr. A1177   This is a pair of kingpin bushings for a Rokon 2 wheel drive motorcycle. These are machined out of solid SAE grade 660 bearing bronze. They will outlast the much cheaper sintered bronze oilite bushings that are commonly used in this application especially when they are greased regularly. They have the correct 1/8 inch thickness flange.	$10.00
	Sintered Kingpin Bearings Item Nbr. A1178 This is a pair of new sintered bronze kingpin bearings for a Rokon motorcycle.	$3.00
	Kingpin Bolts Oversize Item Nbr. A1116 This is a pair of oversize CNC machined steering kingpin bolts for 2 wheel drive Rokon motorcycles. You can repair a bike with stripped out threads with these bolts. They are machined with a 9/16-18UNF thread instead of the standard 1/2-20UNF thread. They are made out of pre heat treated SAE 4140 steel(Rc 35 approx.). They have grease fittings installed. They are long enough to use all of the thread in the mounting holes. It is very important to align drill and tap the wallered out threads in your frame before you install these bolts. I reccomend taking the bike to an experienced machine shop if you are unsure of how to do this. 2 Bost Bronze sintered bushings with the correct thickness flanges are included.	$40.00
